Marjorie aims to use art as a bridge to bring people together in society. Her ultimate goal in life is to bring awareness to the injustices within our communities and inspire people to take action.
She also has a passion for documenting life. When she is not acting, Marjorie can be found behind the camera wandering around the city taking photographs and portraits of people. You can view some of her work on her page:
Marjorie Cabrera is a Venezuelan actress based in New York City. She has been involved in performing arts from a very young age, studying dancing and theatre with local Venezuelan teachers while growing up. After her High School graduation, she spent a year living in NYC and fell in love with the artistic energy. Upon obtaining her BA in Journalism from the Andrés Bello Catholic University in Caracas, she returned to New York City to begin her acting career. Her last credits include the feature film “Fabulación” and a variety of shorts films such as “Echoes of a Winter Sunshine” (Chelsea Film Festival 2019) and “Penny + Weize” (Lift-off Global Network Film Festival 2019).
